  1. Examine the model development plan provided (Resource 4.5.a) and carry out a critical appraisal.
  2. Consider how a CPD Leader's training and development plan links to, and is integrated within, other improvement plans within the school.
  3. Develop a draft structure that you could use in your school to develop a suitable, similar plan.
