Auditing needs of different groups of staff

1. Use Resource 4.3.a and select any role. Consider the role and the situation described and identify the opportunities and the support that would be available for this individual, in your school, to reflect on their personal needs (eg termly performance review meetings)
2. Make yourself aware of the range of audit tools available (Resource 4.3.b and the website links with it). Share experiences of using them and discuss benefits and challenges in using them in your school.
3. Consider how any of these audit tools might be embedded within your school's systems and processes. Consider the who, where, when etc
