Effective self-evaluation
- Consider how you identify and begin to address your own development needs as an individual and how CPD leaders might enable others (whole school workforce) to be reflective about their needs and performance
- Consider the levels of access and involvement that individuals in your school have to the range of evidence (eg SEF, PM outcomes, data analysis, area reviews, external reviews, Ofsted) to enable them to make informed judgements
